7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless rexplay.top and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of rexplay.top, or b) a breach of these Terms, or c) any content you submit or transmit through the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to rexplay.top immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of rexplay.top.
